when the gas spreads on hit, does it also interrupt nearby casters?

btw, this skill=pure awsomeness. gas+needling shot=orgasmic interrupting pleasure

*seconds, your arrows deal 1...7 more damage and spread Choking Gas to all adjacent foes on impact. Choking Gas interrupts foes attempting to cast spells.*

enuf read skill description..

*to all adjacent foes* *interuptes foeS* so yeah...interupt target and adjacent targets...
